A beautiful cigar that gives its best once lit. The vitola is generous with moist earth and precious wood flavors in the first third. Power is not excessive, so the smoke is rich but never invasive. The second third gains in roundness with cocoa and roasted coffee hints. It fails short of being a perfect success but for a slight lack in variety and sweetness.
A nice combination of aromas and the perfect tempo. Hints of wood, dried flowers, and later of musk, pepper and leather mingle. This Robusto will appeal to the most demanding amateurs.
